Morclean are headed to Interclean, which is happening on the 14th to 17th May, 2024!

The team from Morclean are represented by Harry Morley and Peter Morley and they will be looking around the stalls and taking in the biggest cleaning industry show of the year.

Visitors to Interclean are fortunate to be able to learn from the experts who are attending from the World over, and to become inspired as they share their knowledge and insights. Harry and Peter are looking forward to the live demonstrations at the outdoor demo area, the robot arena, and much more.

Remembering 2014

2014 was a special year as it was the very first Interclean show that Morclean ever exhibited, an incredible 10 years ago!

The Morclean team had of course visited Interclean for many years and, after the prepping and preparing, the team were thrilled to load up the truck in the UK to depart for the ferry.

The guys and the equipment arrived in one piece to set up in Hall 11; and years later Morclean now exhibits in the prestigious Hall 1… where have the last ten years gone? 🙂

From the seed of an idea…

A snippet of what Peter Morley, Managing Director of Morclean, was thinking in 2014:

So what next? Morclean’s Director Peter Morley remains tight lipped about new developments for the new generation of bin wash machines, but we’re told that the prototype new generation bin wash is on test in Europe and working now, and will be in production soon. With promises of a brand new concept and patented design we’re waiting for an announcement soon.

Back to 2024 and the custom bin wash has had many improvements over the years, with enhanced features and upgraded elements. However the main structure remains exactly the same – and has proven to be a winning seed of an idea, a whole decade ago.

Newer models have been released to build on the range including the BinWash Sprint, BinWash Cargo and BinWash Auto. And wouldn’t you know it, 10 years on and the Morclean BinWash range is the best selling in the UK. Hard work and perseverance has worked out well in the long run.

And looking forward to the future…

Ten years ago Peter Morley went on to say:

“This major international show took months to plan, and demanded time and effort from all the team at Morclean. After 4 very busy days at the Rai, we were soon convinced it was worth all the effort”.

Peter Morley was already setting sight on future exhibitions – ten years ago he said:

“We’re already planning for the UK Cleaning Show plus we will be exhibiting next April at ISSA Interclean (CEE) at Warsaw, Poland, where we will take the latest and newest bin wash products once again.”

Since then over the past ten years Morclean have exhibited at Poland, Manchester, Excel, NEC, SEC Hydro and Stoneleigh.

So, Morclean have a wonderful history with Interclean and are always happy to see it coming up on the calendar! With industry experts, discovering new products and services, and building strong business relationships – Interclean Amsterdam is a must for anyone in the cleaning and hygiene industry. We can’t wait to be a part of it again.

This year at the Cleaning Expo UK 2024, the Morclean team had a great time, exhibiting an even more comprehensive range of equipment than ever before.

Taking place Saturday 13th April 2024, the trade show was a fantastic event!

The Morclean Team had a very busy couple of days – we headed there on the Friday (in several vehicles!) and set up our stand at the NAEC and made sure everything was ready for the big day. Then came a very productive Saturday, welcoming so many visitors – all pre-sale online tickets actually sold out at the event!

The Cleaning Expo UK is one of the most established cleaning events in the UK, and it brings together many different suppliers and industry leaders, as well as up and coming businesses. It’s a great place to see all the new technology and developments, and get to know the experts behind them. Morclean are always excited to exhibit at such an enjoyable event.

It was a brilliant day, and we would love to thank the organisers for putting on a great event. We were thrilled to catch up with customers, meet lots of new people, and get to showcase Morlcean’s innovative equipment and cleaning solutions.

We are really looking forward to once again exhibiting at the Cleaning Expo UK 2022, at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire.

This 1-day event packs a punch, and brings together a varied mix of cleaning professionals from all over the UK. Businesses of varying sizes and sectors exhibit, and it’s a great opportunity to get talk with other like minded people about the latest cleaning technologies and developments.

The Cleaning Expo UK is on September 17th at NAEC Stoneleigh Park and it’s still only £5 entry which is pay on the door only, tickets aren’t required, 10am-5pm. It would be great to see you there!

As usual, there will be a broad range of cleaning solutions, and a dedicated seminar area. Here visitors can get an overview of many aspects of the cleaning industry.

At the event we are excited to reveal a new machine too, which you may have seen sneak peeks about already! The CARGO!

How we designed the CARGO

We successfully launched one of our latest models at Interclean Amsterdam, May 2022 – The Sprint van mounted bin wash. Customers seem to be enjoying the self contained model,  and how easy it is to use the auto rotary cleaning head. It uses fully recycles water, and also makes use of our innovative V-Mix™ water freshening device – fresh water and lovely clean smell.

This machine was so well received that we have decided to launch another model – the CARGO pick up mounted bin wash. 

We redesigned it to suit a huge array of vehicles – such as single, crew or double cab. This makes it much more flexible for our customers – especially as there is currently a nationwide shortage of Transit vans and similar. We had to adapt to the situation.

Not only will it boast the same great fresh water and clean smell with the water treatment – it is also multi purpose as you can use it as a mobile pressure washer too with a 200bar 3000psi pressure washer!

We are currently building the prototype and are looking forward to launch at the Cleaning Expo UK 2022! Out team are so innovative and hard working, it’s amazing how we have another new model ready to demonstrate to our customers.

Understandably – there have been several postponements and cancellations by the organisers during 2020/2021, but Interclean 2022 is set to go ahead this year! The Morclean team are working hard to ensure we’re packed ready to go, and showcase our new bin wash models at this global exhibition. With new and exciting additions to the Morclean range, we’re ready to greet you on Stand No 01.124 between May 10th and 13th this year.

Here’s what we don’t want you to see! The Morclean team – along with the organisers, stand builders and everyone involved – work incredibly hard to attend and exhibit at a major exhibition. Interclean is no exception, and here’s an insight into the stand-build, set up and dismantling, all in just one week. This year we’ll be launching new models of bin wash machines, including the NEW Sprint van mounted version. We’ll be showcasing our latest innovation and product development – on Stand No 01.124 in Hall 1
