Salt Water Pressure Cleaners

Salt water (or sea water) is known to be corrosive and aggressive especially when it dries and evaporates, leaving behind salt crystals and white residue. The combination of moisture, oxygen and salt  deteriorates  non-ferrous materials, weakening them and causing them to erode over time. Morclean offer a wide range of salt water pressure cleaners which have been built specifically for use with salt water for industries and environment such as:

1. Marine environments: cleaning onboard ships, boats, fishing vessels and docks, and other structures in salt water environments.
2. Oil platforms: offshore, gas and oil, etc.,
3. Industrial cleaning: machinery, tanks, and other equipment that has been contaminated with salt or saltwater.

Made on a bespoke basis, our salt water pressure washers are configured with additional stainless-steel, nylon or PTFE valves and components, which protect against weathering and erosion, and have the ability to utilise salt water to eliminate much of the heavier layers of dirt from hard surfaces.

After use a salt water machine must be flushed with clean water and this ensures that no salts or minerals remain on the surface of the components

Designed to be used with cold water only, the ultra-heavy-duty machines are typically built on sturdy wheel frames or fixed cabinets, and often with stainless steel covers to protect against the harshest of environments,
