In my role as Sales Admin part of what I do is to ensure that literature is always available to the sales team and quotations etc. are always sent out on time. After external training I now also look after the export of Vapour Steam cleaners and Specialist vacuums overseas. Our shipping agent’s documentation, commercial invoices, and other requirements, as well as our overseas clients anxiously requesting literature, certainly make for a busy day.
Recent changes to out IT and colour copying facility here at Morclean has also enabled me to superimpose new distributor’s, logos and art work into existing literature. Most recently we prepared literature for ‘Vapour Jet Australia’ for their initial stock order. Vapour Jet Australia are our newly appointed exclusive distributor for the whole of Australia.
